At our table, we want to share the products of the Vercors, we propose them to the natural rhythm of the seasons. They are constantly reinvented, concocted, simmered with the utmost care.

Thierry Beaudoing, the chef makes his dishes based on fresh produces and vegetables directly picked in the garden adjacent to the hotel. He has great respect for the culinary traditions of our elders. But he is also creative and knows how to reinvent his own recipes on a daily basis, with refinement.
